Whether you’re wanting a specialty garden such as an Interactive Children’s Garden or a Buttterfly garden; or you’re looking for an entire landscape design, I’d love to work with you. Thanks to google earth and photographs, remote work is a breeze! You do need to be in the 5b growing zone in order to use this service. If you’re unsure of your growing zone, you can pull up a growing zone map on google to determine your zone.

Specialty gardens begin at 350.00, while entire property designs go up to $1500.00. Most properties fall somewhere in the middle. Give me a call, and I can give you a better idea of where your scope of work would likely fall in the price range.
our remote process
1st meeting:
1 hour zoom consultation - $50.00. If you move forward with a design, the $50.00 will be applied to your design fee on the final invoice.
- We will talk about your needs/vision and determine a price range for your scope of work. I will ask you to take some photos of your property and email them to me after our consultation.
- If at the end of the consultation meeting, you want to move forward with the work, a 50% design fee deposit will be collected that day, and a date for the design presentation meeting will be scheduled. I can usually get your design back to you in about a week.
- A copy of your house plat will be needed to render your design, so please have this available. A hard copy or digital is fine.
2nd meeting:
1 hour zoom design presentation.
- We will go over your scaled, hand rendered, color design. You will be emailed one copy to keep. If design changes are made during this meeting, a revised design will be emailed within a week- no meeting is required.
- The balance of design fee is due at this zoom design presentation meeting.
- You’ll receive a plant & supply list – This includes plant name and quantity of plants needed for the design. Hardscape material quantities needed such as stone, edging, mulch will also be listed.
- You’ll receive plant care instructions – This includes initial watering instructions, seasonal care, and water needs after the plant is established.
3rd meeting (only if needed):
- After the design is installed, I will be there for you to answer any questions you may have regarding your plant health or any other concerns. Just call!
PLEASE NOTE
- Installation of the garden IS NOT INCLUDED in my services. You can install the garden yourself or hire your own contractor.
- It’s the homeowner’s responsibility to call JULIE to mark any underground utilities before digging in your yard. They usually need to be called about a week before digging begins.
